New Features

- You can now choose between an english and a german user 
  interface! (If someone wants to translate RazorBlade into 
  another language, please send me a mail.)

- RazorBlade now supports the "OutDir" switch of BladeEnc 
  0.76, so you finally can choose a folder where your mp3 
  files should be encoded.

- When cancelling encoding, you can now choose wheather to
  stop immediately, or if RazorBlade should first finish
  the currently processed file and stop then.

- RazorBlade now removes a file from the list after it's 
  been encoded.

- RazorBlade now saves and loads the currently list of files 
  in the ini-file.

- RazorBlade remembers the last opened folder.

- The RazorBlade executable is now packed with ASPack!
  ASPack is an advanced Win32 executable file compressor, 
  capable of reducing the file size of 32-bit Windows 
  programs by as much as 70%.
