Readme file for RazorBlade 1.4.1

  This is a bug-fix-only release. If you're happy with
  V1.4 there's no need for you to download this. However,
  if you had trouble with RazorBlade on NT4 you might want
  to give this version a try.
  
  For the curious, here's the list of fixes:
  
  - compiled with range checking turned off. 
    This should get rid of the problems some NT4 users have 
    reported
  
  - you can now use a root-folder like "c:\" as an
    output directory
  
  - minimzing progress dialog is working correctly now

  - RB was not properly initialized if the ini file told
    it to load a language file that didn't exist anymore
